We set up the agents
An agent is an Odoo user with its own rights, for example sales or bookkeeping. You choose the models and the actions of each agent.

In ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor or VS Code. People log in with the Microsoft or Google account of the company. No new password.

It searches, reads, calculates and exports. A change waits until the user allows it.

What your team gets
Audit log
Every call is logged: who, which agent, which tool and which records. Your admin reads the log in the web interface.
Approved recipes
A recipe is a fixed way of working, such as a reconciliation proposal. It runs on the server and returns only the answer, so it is fast and uses few tokens.
Excel and CSV
Export a list to Excel with real dates and amounts, or import a file through the standard Odoo import.
Calculations on the server
Totals, comparisons and checks over thousands of records run in a sandbox next to Odoo. Only the result goes to the assistant.

Security and privacy
Abstr.ax keeps no lasting copy of your Odoo data. It passes each call to your Odoo and gives the answer to the assistant.

- OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, and login through Microsoft or Google.
